- Martini Ambrato Riserva Speciale — 30 ml
- Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
- Preserved lemon brine (from jar) — 1 spoon
Kā to pagatavot
- Pour vermouth over ice in shaker or jug.
- Stir briefly and discard half.
- Add gin, bitters and stir.
- Pour into glass and add bar spoon of brine from jar of preserved lemons.
