• Vodka — 60 ml
• Cointreau triple sec liqueur — 15 ml
• Passion fruit — 3 unit
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Cava sparkling wine — Top up with
• Le Sirop de Monin Ginger Sugar Syrup — 7.5 ml

Kā to pagatavot

1. Cut two fresh passion fruits in half and scoop out the seeds and flesh of 3 halves to a shaker.
2. Add all the other ingredients (except for the cava).
3. Shake it with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
4. Top up with Cava Sparkling Wine and add the remaining passion fruit halve.
