A classic cocktail with cognac and lemon juice.

• Metode: Sakratīt
• Glāze: Coupe glass
• Saldēts: Ice
• Dekorācija: Orange zest twist (a lemon zest twist is more classic). Some also like a sugared rim but my version of the classic is balanced so rendering this embellishment superfluous.
• ABV: 18%

Sastāvdaļas

• Cognac — 45 ml
• Triple sec liqueur (40%) — 30 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
• Chilled water — 10 ml
• Elderflower liqueur — 15 ml
• Lillet Blanc — 15 ml
• Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

Kā to pagatavot

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with orange zest.
