• Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with

1. Pour lime juice, sugar syrup and rum in a shaker.
2. Instead of using a bar spoon of dram liqueur, switch that out with homemade allspice tequila.
3. Shake your mixture over cracked ice for about 20 seconds.
4. Open pour it into your highball glass and top it off with soda.
