A refreshing cocktail with pisco and elderflower.

- Pisco — 60 ml
- Mandarine Napoleon liqueur — 30 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 20 ml
- Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Egg White — 30 ml
- Celery bitters — 6 drop
Kā to pagatavot
- Dry shake all ingredients except bitters to produce foam.
- Add ice and shake again well to chill/dilute.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- Float 6 or more drops of celery bitters (to taste) around perimeter of foam.
