A cocktail with strawberries and vodka.

- Vodka — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Soda (club soda) water — Top up with
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 4 fresh
Kā to pagatavot
- Add all the ingredients except vodka into a mixing glass and muddle the strawberries.
- Add vodka and ice.
- Shake, and strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
