• Rozmarīna cukura sīrups (2:1) — 30 ml
• Bumbieru biezenis — 60 ml
• Citronu sula (svaigi spiestas) — 10 ml
• Vodka — 60 ml

Kā to pagatavot

1. Make the rosemary syrup by simmering 4 sprigs of rosemary in a 1:1 sugar syrup for 5-10 minutes.
2. Remove Rosemary and allow to cool.
3. Add vodka, pear puree, syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
4. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
