- High West Double Rye! — 30 ml
- Aperol Aperitivo — 15 ml
- Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur — 15 ml
- Cinnamon sugar syrup — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Yuzu juice — 1 spoon
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 1⁄2 cupful
- Absinthe verte — 2 dash
- Prosecco sparkling wine — 60 ml
- Soda (club soda) water — 30 ml
Kā to pagatavot
- Juice strawberries until you get 1 oz juice; strain to remove seeds.
- Add all ingredients but prosecco and soda to a shaker tin with ice, short shake, double strain into glass.
- Add prosecco and soda, then ice.
