- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 50 ml
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 8 dash
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Chilled water (reduce if wet ice) — 20 ml

- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
