A cocktail with passion fruit and gin.

- Passion fruit puree — 25 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Bombay Sapphire Gin — 45 ml
만드는 법
- Cut passion fruits in half and scoop out flesh into shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
