- Gin — 25 ml
- Campari Bitter liqueur — 25 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Agave Syrup — 25 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 10 ml

- Shake ingredients over ice.
- Then dry shake.
- Garnish with sprig of rosemary over rim of glass.
