- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Giffard Framboise de Ronce (raspberry liqueur) — 7.5 ml
만드는 법
- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- POUR Chambord into the centre of the drink: it should sink to the bottom.
