- Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky (bacon fat washed) — 60 ml
- Disaronno amaretto — 30 ml
- Whiskey barrel aged bitters — 1 dash
만드는 법
- Fat-wash a bottle of peaty Scotch whisky with smoky bacon fat.
- POUR the now clarified smoky bacon-flavoured Scotch and other ingredients into mixing glass.
- STIR with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
