Ingredienti

• Whiskey bourbon — 75 ml
• Zucchero bianco — 2 pinch
• Succo di limone (spremuto fresco) — 30 ml
• Succo di ananas (pressato fresco) — 30 ml
• Albume d'uovo — 1 fresh

Preparazione

1. Shakerare tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio.
2. Filtra in un bicchiere freddo.
3. Servire.
