Ingredienti
- Stelo di lemongrass (tritato) — 4 inch
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero al rabarbaro — 45 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero (65.0°brix, 2 zucchero a 1 acqua) — 5 ml
Preparazione
- MUDDLE il lemongrass nella base dello shaker.
- Aggiungi gli altri ingredienti.
- SHAKE tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio e fine strain in un bicchiere freddo.
