Un punch rinfrescante con passion fruit e gin.

Ingredienti
- Passion fruit — 1 fresh
- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 7.5 ml
- Succo di lime (spremuto fresco) — 22.5 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero (65.0°brix, 2 zucchero a 1 acqua) — 22.5 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
Preparazione
- Tagliare il passion fruit a metà e SCAVARE la polpa nel frullatore.
- Aggiungere gli altri ingredienti e FRULLARE con 6oz di ghiaccio tritato.
- Servire con cannucce.
