Un cocktail con gin e Chartreuse verde.

- Ghiaccio: Ghiaccio
- Guarnizione: Lime, olive
- Gradazione: 15%
Ingredienti
- Gin — 45 ml
- Succo di lime (spremuto fresco) — 22.5 ml
- Liquore Chartreuse verde (Verte) — 22.5 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero (65.0°brix, 2 zucchero a 1 acqua ricco sciroppo) — 15 ml
- Albume d'uovo — 15 ml
Preparazione
- Dry-shake tutti gli ingredienti senza ghiaccio per combinare.
- Poi aggiungi ghiaccio e agita di nuovo fino a raffreddare e schiumoso.
- Double-strain in un bicchiere freddo con ghiaccio fresco; guarnire.
