- Ghiaccio: Senza ghiaccio

Ingredienti
- Piccole fragole mature (pulite) — 3 fresh
- Portobello Old Tom gin — 60 ml
- Succo di limone (fresco) — 30 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero (65.0°brix, 2 zucchero a 1 acqua) — 15 ml
- Soda da sifone — Top up with
Preparazione
- MUDDLE le fragole sul fondo dello shaker.
- Aggiungi gli altri ingredienti tranne la soda.
- SHAKE con ghiaccio e filtra in un bicchiere freddo.
- TOP con soda.
