Cherry Fizz
Un cocktail rinfrescante con gin e cherry liqueur.
- Metodo: Shakerare
- Bicchiere: Fizz o Highball (8oz a 10oz)
- Ghiaccio: Ice
- Guarnizione: Ciliegia Maraschino
- Gradazione: 14%
Ingredienti
- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 60 ml
- Succo di limone (fresco) — 22.5 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero 'Semplice' (1 zucchero a 1 acqua) — 7.5 ml
- Albume d'uovo — 30 ml
- Acqua frizzante Thomas Henry — 45 ml
- Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — 12.5 ml
Preparazione
- Unire tutti gli ingredienti tranne l'acqua frizzante in uno shaker.
- Shakerare a secco prima, poi aggiungere ghiaccio e shakerare di nuovo.
- Filtrare in un bicchiere fizz freddo e completare con acqua frizzante.
