- Ghiaccio: No ice
- Guarnizione: Fetta di zenzero fresco
- Gradazione: 12%
Ingredienti
- Zenzero fresco (fetta grande come un'unghia) — 1 slice
- Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur — 40 ml
- Succo di limone (fresco) — 40 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero (65.0°brix, 2 zucchero a 1 acqua sciroppo ricco) — 20 ml
Preparazione
- Pestare lo zenzero nel fondo dello shaker.
- Aggiungere gli altri ingredienti.
- Shakerare con ghiaccio e filtrare finemente in un bicchiere freddo.
