Sastojci

• Brewed cold black breakfast tea — 200 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 200 ml
• Lemon peel — fresh
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 200 ml
• Orange peel — fresh
• Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 30 ml
• Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat) — 200 ml
• Ketel One Vodka — 50 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml

Kako to napraviti

1. POUR first 7 ingredients into a sealable container and leave to infuse for 12 hours in a refrigerator.
2. HEAT milk until just starting to simmer and pour into the container containing vodka tea and juice mix.
3. Reseal and chill for at least 2-3 hours.
