- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Chilled water — 15 ml

- Lightly MUDDLE basil in the base of the shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a thyme sprig.
