- Vodka — 30 ml
- Rutte Old Simon Genever — 15 ml
- Mezcal — 7.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml

- Remove skins from your cucumber before muddling in shaker.
- Once muddled, add liquid ingredients and shake in ice.
- Use a fine strainer to filter out ice and cucumber bits when pouring into your glass.
