- Rutte Dry Gin — 30 ml
- Cynar or other carciofo amaro — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml

- Place 2 thin orange slices in shaker (no need to muddle).
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
