- Pink peppercorns — 5 dried
- Raspberries (fresh) — 5 fresh
- Caorunn Gin — 45 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Honey — 10 ml

- MUDDLE peppercorns and raspberries in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and stir to ensure honey is dissolved.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
