- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 45 ml
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — 15 ml
- Giffard Orgeat Syrup — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
