- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 25 ml
- Rose water — 5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Egg White — 5⁄6 fresh

- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
