Strawberry & Basil Caipirinha
A refreshing cocktail with strawberries and basil.

- गार्निश: Stirrer (spoon, wooden lolly stick or stick cut from sugar cane)
- ABV: 27%

- Lime (fresh) (chopped) — 1⁄2 fresh
- Powdered sugar (ground in mortar and pestle) — 3 spoon
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 3 fresh
- Basil leaves — 3 fresh
- Novo Fogo Silver cachaça (from freezer) — 60 ml

- Cut lime in half and slice one of the halves into eight segments.
- Add 3 bar spoons of powdered sugar and MUDDLE.
- Add strawberries and basil, and MUDDLE some more.
- When sure fruit juice is fully extracted, transfer to serving glass.
- Add cachaça and stir.
