A cocktail with vodka and stout.

- Feijoa flavoured vodka — 30 ml
- Stout beer — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

- DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice).
- Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
