Sean's Coffee Passion Fruit Cocktail
A cocktail with passion fruit and coffee, garnished with half a passion fruit.

- Passion fruit — 1 1⁄2 fresh
- Gin — 45 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Passion fruit syrup — 15 ml
- Mr Black coffee liqueur — 20 ml

- Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh into shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with half passion fruit - Or if you are going to drink this fast, float 2 coffee beans.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit or 2 coffee beans.
