A cocktail with raspberry and apple syrup.

- Caorunn Gin — 50 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 37.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 12.5 ml
- Egg White — 15 ml

- MUDDLE raspberries in the base of the shaker.
- Add Caorunn Gin, special ingredient, lemon juice, and egg white.
- SHAKE with ice until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
