- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 60 ml
- Coffee liqueur — 2.5 ml
- Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis — 7.5 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 20 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 2 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 1⁄6 fresh
