- Grand Marnier liqueur — 15 ml
- Ruby Port — 22.5 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) — 7.5 ml
- Egg White — 1 fresh

- Combine all ingredients except for the port and shake with ice.
- Strain over ice into glass.
- Float port on top.
