A classic cocktail with amaretto and whisky.

- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 5 ml
- Cutty Sark Original (Yellow Label) Blended Scotch Whisky — 60 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash
- Disaronno amaretto — 15 ml
