A cocktail with watermelon and pepper-flavored vodka.

- Watermelon (fresh) (chopped) — 1 segment
- Pepper flavoured vodka — 60 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Black pepper — 4 grind

- Cut watermelon into 16 segments and chop the flesh from one segment into cubes.
- MUDDLE in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
