A cocktail with coffee and rum.

- Campari Bitter liqueur — 30 ml
- Martini Extra Dry vermouth — 30 ml
- Dark/black/blackstrap rum — 30 ml

- Campari should be coffee infused (place 10oz Campari and 1/4 to 1/2 cup whole bean coffee into non-reactive container and let sit for 6-8hrs. Strain into another non-reactive container).
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into double rocks glass over single large ice cube.
- Garnish with orange twist.
