Protection Spell
A cocktail with sage aroma and sweetness from liqueurs.

- गिलास: Martini (small) glass

- गार्निश: Light the end of the sage bundle on fire and blow it out so that the sage is smouldering. Serve alongside cocktail. Alternatively, clap 1 fresh sage leaf and set it right on top of the drink.
- ABV: 20%

- Belvedere Rye Vodka — 60 ml
- Crème de violette liqueur — 15 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Cardamom sugar syrup — 15 ml
- Sage leaves — 3 leaf

- Bundle dried sage leaves together with cooking twine and set aside.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add all the liquid ingredients.
- Shake for at least 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
