- Passion fruit — 1 1⁄2 fresh
- Absolut Vanilia vodka — 60 ml
- Passoã liqueur — 15 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Brut Champagne (optional) — 60 ml

- Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
- SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of 3 halves into your shaker.
- Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Optionally, separately, POUR champagne into chilled shot glass.
