A fruity cocktail with strawberries and rum.

- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 1 fresh
- Havana Club 7yo rum — 30 ml
- Rutte Old Simon Genever — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 5 ml
- Ginger sugar syrup — 2.5 ml
- Cinnamon sugar syrup — 2.5 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash

- MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass over chunk of block ice.
