Pear & Rosemary Martini
A fragrant cocktail with pear puree and rosemary.

- Rosemary sugar syrup (2:1) — 30 ml
- Pear purée — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 10 ml
- Vodka — 60 ml

- Make the rosemary syrup by simmering 4 sprigs of rosemary in a 1:1 sugar syrup for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove Rosemary and allow to cool.
- Add vodka, pear puree, syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
