Peach 'Martini'
A sweet cocktail with peach and vanilla vodka.

- Peach (fresh & ripe - skinned & diced) — 2 wedge
- Absolut Vanilia vodka — 50 ml
- Passion fruit puree — 25 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Rosemary sugar syrup (2:1) — 10 ml

- MUDDLE peach in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
