- Montelobos Joven Mezcal — 45 ml
- Aperol Aperitivo — 30 ml
- Joseph Cartron Pamplemousse Rose Liqueur — 30 ml

- STIR (or SHAKE for extra aeration if preferred as with Sunset Strip) all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- If desired, add some air by shaking.
