- Orange Curaçao liqueur — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) (optional) — 5 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash
- Pasteurised egg white — 10 ml

- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
