- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml

- Espelette chili powder — 2 pinch
- Ginger Beer — 90 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients except the ginger beer with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled glass.
- Top with the ginger beer.
