- Mint leaves — 15 fresh
- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 30 ml
- Peachtree peach schnapps — 15 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 10 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml

- Lightly MUDDLE mint with rum in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
