Mezcal Sour
A sour cocktail based on mezcal.

- गार्निश: 5 drops of angustura bitters on the foam layer. Strike through with toothpick.
- ABV: 18%

- Mezcal — 45 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Agave Syrup — 5 ml
- . Amaro Nonino — 30 ml
- Egg White — 3 dash

- Add all ingredients in shaker.
- Dry shake for 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake for 10 more seconds.
- Double strain into coupe glass.
