A refreshing cocktail with gin and egg white.

- Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — 20 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 10 ml
- Egg White — 20 ml

- Then shake with ice and strain over ice in rocks glass.
- Serve with a lime wedge.
