- Combine first three ingredients, POUR into cream whipping siphon and CHARGE with nitrous oxide.
- Shake and place siphon in a refrigerator for one hour prior to making drink.
- SHAKE next three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- SQUIRT salt foam over surface of drink from siphon.
