- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 40 ml
- Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — 20 ml
- Yuzu juice — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 20 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 20 ml

- Fine strain into chilled glass.
