- Rutte Dry Gin — 40 ml
- Suze gentian liqueur — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 5 ml
- Egg White — 15 ml

- MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE and fine strain into chilled glass.
